Thrun Attorney Michael B. Farrell Awarded the Camille S. Abood Distinguished Volunteer Award

Thrun Law Firm is proud to announce that attorney Michael B. Farrell was recently awarded the Ingham County Bar Association's Camille S. Abood Distinguished Volunteer Award. The award is presented to an attorney who has distinguished himself or herself by making voluntary contributions of time and talent for the benefit of others.

Mike exemplifies the values highlighted by the Distinguished Volunteer Award. He has volunteered his time with such worthy organizations as the Greater Michigan Food Bank, Boarshead Theater, West Michigan Environmental Action Council, Lawyers and Judges Assistance Program, Michigan Chapter of the Incorporated Society of Irish- American Lawyers, the Ingham County Road Commission, and recreational youth basketball groups. He serves as a mentor to the young men he coaches and to the newest members of his profession.

Mike practices general school law and labor and employment law at Thrun Law Firm. He has an AV® rating by Martindale-Hubble. He has served as Chair of the Michigan State Bar Committee on Constitutional Law and was appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court to a committee to oversee the State Bar of Michigan.
