New Attorney Joins Thrun Law Firm

Thrun Law Firm is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Martin has recently joined our practice. Mr. Martin, who has over 15 years’ experience representing municipalities and school districts, is currently working out of our East Lansing office. Once renovations are complete, he will be based out of our firm’s new West Michigan office, which is located at 3260 Eagle Park Drive, NE, Grand Rapids.

Mr. Martin graduated from Albion College (B.A., 1992, magna cum laude), where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and the Notre Dame Law School (J.D. 1995). Mr. Martin also is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the Western District of Michigan.

Mr. Martin is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Public Corporation Law section), the Michigan Council of School Attorneys, the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys, the Ottawa County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. His practice will focus on labor and employment law, special education, and general school and municipal law. Mr. Martin’s significant experience with both school and municipal law will be a valuable addition to our team of experienced attorneys.
