The firm has eight attorneys who engage in collective bargaining negotiations on a regular basis. Serving as chief spokesperson, these attorneys will negotiate ten or more labor agreements each year. Contracts include agreements for both teachers and support staff. We also frequently provide clients with proposals/counter-proposals in circumstances where attorneys within our firm are not directly negotiating at the bargaining table.

Additionally, the firm represents school districts in all steps of the grievance procedure including drafting grievance responses and handling arbitration when deemed necessary. The firm has also represented school districts in efforts to vacate arbitrator’s awards or to enforce such awards.
