Roy Henley graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A., 1983) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D., 1986) where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Public Sector Law section) and the National School Board Association Council of School Attorneys.

Mr. Henley joined the firm in 1993. His practice focuses on civil rights, special education, general school law and general civil litigation.
