Michele R. Eaddy graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A., 1985) and the University of Illinois College of Law (J.D., 1988). She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Ingham County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Eaddy is a member and a past President of the Michigan Council of School Attorneys. She is also a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and Lansing Black Lawyers Association. She is a frequent speaker on special education and other school law topics.

Ms. Eaddy joined the firm in 2001. Her practice focuses on special education law, student issues, employment law, and general school law.
