Jeffrey Soles graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 1990), where he was a published author and a member of the Cooley Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Mr. Soles joined the firm in 1994 after returning to Michigan from practicing law in Florida. His practice focuses primarily on public finance.
